Brownhills didn’t really get going in the first half of this game and Lichfield capitalised by scoring two good goals before the break.

To their credit, Colts didn’t let the game get away from them and some commanding play from Chloe George and Bekki Riggan kept up the pressure. Some lovely passing between Nikita Hitchen and Zoe Cotton, eventually resulted in Zoe firing a cracking shot into the Diamonds goal.

If the home side had been sharper and more focussed at the beginning of this match, the result could have been very different.
