Brownhills Colts U13 11 (Eleven) v 0 Beechdale Juniors

Brownhills managed to keep a clean sheet for the first time this season so congratulations to goalkeeper Josh Gittens who kept Beechdale at Bay in the early exchanges.

Praise also to the back four of Captain Adam Powell, Ben Gray, Birthday Boy Bob Wadlow and special mention to Declan Clark Hale. Declan was impressive at the back winning tackles and some excellent distribution.

The Midfield of Owen Taylor, Patrick Patton, Callum Bryant & Lee Powell worked tirelessly for the team with some excellent passing and moving creating lots of opportunities.

The strikers of Joe Phillips and Matt Cullen had ample opportunities and scored 7 goals between them. Man of the match Matt Cullen scored 5 and Joe getting a brace.

Other scorers were Lee Powell who opened the scoring with his first goal of the season. Patrick Patton with his second goal in as many games, Owen Taylor and Callum Bryant.

Subs Cam Tarleton & Josh Moore came on a half time and both played there part in this great win.
