BROWNHILLS COMMUNITY COLTS SOCCER ACADEMY

Brownhills Community Colts Soccer Academy has now been running for four years, it has been a great success on and off the pitch.

  The Academy accepts youngsters from the age of 5 through to 7 years of age.  Training on Saturday mornings from 9 am at Brownhills Community School is a friendly and enjoyable occasion for boys and girls of all abilities, the children are trained in a safe and secure location where parents are free to mingle around or even get involved with the coaching session. The head of the academy Tom Scott is a qualified coach who played for the Colts right through to open age, The Academy has now promoted many players through to Brownhills mini soccer teams who play their games in the Walsall Junior Youth Football League. 
   All players who go through the academy will be welcomed into the Brownhills Community Colts mini soccer teams, they will then continue their football playing competitive football until 19 years of age and finally into open age leagues with the colts. 
    Manager Tom Scott says "we have had up to 30 players attending the academy on Saturday mornings, these are boys and girls of all abilities who have an entirely enjoyable experience whilst with us.
